Exchange with Almunge skola, Upssala (Sweden)
Almunge Skola is a primary and lower secondary school located in the countryside near Uppsala, Sweden. The school welcomes around 520 students from preschool class to Grade 9 and combines a strong academic environment with close access to nature. Through international Erasmus+ projects and partnerships with schools across Europe, students have the opportunity to develop intercultural skills and engage in collaborative learning. Almunge Skola values inclusion, sustainability, student well-being, and active participation in both local and international communities.

During a guided tour of Uppsala, students took on the role of peer educators, presenting important landmarks and sharing interesting facts about the city. This approach encouraged active learning and helped participants develop their communication and presentation skills. The tour also fostered cultural exchange and strengthened collaboration among the international students.
Exchange with IES Allariz, Allariz (Spain)
IES Allariz is a secondary school located in Allariz, Galicia, Spain. The school is committed to providing high-quality education and promoting European values through international cooperation. As an active participant in Erasmus projects, IES Allariz encourages students and teachers to develop language skills, intercultural awareness, and a broader understanding of different cultures. Through these experiences, the school helps prepare young people to become active and responsible European citizens.

One of the priorities furthered in the project is to promote environmental awareness. To reflect on shared environmental challenges and promote responsibilty for sustainable development the exchange with Allariz included a visit of the Ecoespacio O Rexo, an ecological farm and environmental center located near Allariz. The students learned about biodiversity, sustainable agriculture, local food production and the relationship between nature and rural development.

The German and Spanish students also took part in a river clean-up along the banks of the Río Arnoia in Allariz. This activity raised the young people’s awareness of ecological responsibility and demonstrated how local actions can contribute to environmental protection.
The insights were taken up during the return visit of the Allariz student group during a workshop on Forst and Climate at Günter hude near Möhnesee. The students experienced the forest with all their senses, discussed functions and benefits of forests, explored the relation of the Sustainable Development Goals to forests and climate protection and finally compared the carbon storage capacity of different tree species.

Exchange with Lycee Saint Paul, Lens (France)
St. Paul in Lens is a dynamic secondary school committed to academic excellence, personal development, and international cooperation. Located in northern France, the school provides students with opportunities to engage in European projects, cultural exchanges, and collaborative learning experiences. Through its participation in Erasmus+ activities, St. Paul promotes intercultural understanding, active citizenship, and lifelong learning.



Exchange with Carolus Borromeus College, Helmond (NL)
The Carolus Borromeus College in Helmond is a secondary school in the Netherlands that offers a broad and inclusive education for students of different learning levels. The school focuses on academic development, personal growth, and preparing students for further education and active participation in society. Through a supportive learning environment and various projects, students are encouraged to collaborate, think critically, and develop their individual talents.


The exchange with the Carolus Borromeus College focuses on vocational training, giving students the opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world professional skills. Through practical activities, workshops, and visits to local companies, participants gain insight into different career paths and working environments. This hands-on approach helps students develop both technical competencies and soft skills needed for their future professions.
